Store Policy

Items that Arrive Broken-

Each item is carefully packaged to protect and get them to our customers safely. If you recieve an item that is broken, please follow these instructions:
-Contact within 10 days of recieving the damaged item. Please include photos of the item.
-After reviewing, a quick fix might be offered but if not possible, you will be issued store credit for the price of the item. 

Transit Issues-

Package-tracking options are offered in order for you to know an estimated delivery date and time. If there are any issues with the delivery process be sure to contact your shipping carrier for assistance.
